Design
This is the first stage of the workflow, where the product or service is conceptualised and a design plan is created. This includes researching the market and the target audience, gathering the functional requirements enabling creation of a design brief, sketching out the initial concepts and structuring the design documentation.
Develop
Once the design is complete, the next stage is development. This involves taking the design documents and turning them into a functional product or service. This may include creating a prototype, writing code, building hardware and integrating different components.
Test
After the product or service has been developed, it needs to be tested to ensure that it meets the design requirements and is free of defects. This may include testing the product or service in a simulated environment and running it through a series of tests, both automated and manual, The feedback loop here may necessitate changes and adjustments leading to further rounds of testing.
Produce
Once the product or service has been tested and is deemed ready, it is then sent to production. This may include manufacturing the product, packaging it, and preparing it for delivery.
Service
The final stage is service, which involves delivering the product or service to the customer, providing them with any necessary documentation and training, and providing ongoing support as needed as part of their launch.
